Meet Nadine Marshall

I grew up in New Jersey and moved to the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix over a decade ago. Arizona's landscape and pace of life won me over immediately, and I've been here ever since.

Before real estate, I spent 14 years as an occupational therapist. I earned my master's from Seton Hall University and built a career around understanding what people actually need, then helping them get there. That training shaped how I work with clients today: listen first, communicate clearly, solve problems as they come up.

Moving into real estate felt like a natural fit. I love matching people with the right home, not just a house that checks boxes. If you're relocating to Arizona, selling a family property from out of state, or investing in the luxury market here, I bring the same hands-on approach that defined my healthcare career.
